Sequoyah skills team scores big

The Sequoyah skills team took home two big wins at their competition this past weekend. Senior Spencer Mann became the state champion and Sophomore Jacob Allred placed third in his event. The skills team is led by Automotive Technology teacher, Chuck Wilson. The team works together to ensure America has a skilled work field by focusing in on career and technical education. Mann competed in the Automotive Service Technology Contest. The contestants were given ten stations which were unknown until the start of the competition.
